2017-05-25 01:33:00 GMT <apus> can somebody please tell me why https://mydomain.com/alfresco/api/-default-/public/cmis/versions/1.0/atom returns: https://mydomain.com/-default-/public/cmis/versions/1.0/atom/... which obviously doesn't work? i've tried everything i could think of, but i don't think this is a reverse proxy nginx problem. how is that url generated? i followed http://docs.alfresco.com/5.1/tasks/configure-ssl-prod.html (point 5 especially).

2017-05-25 02:08:12 GMT <apus> i fixed it by rewriting /-default-/public/cmis to /alfresco/api/-default-/public/cmis and found someone else with a similiar problem: https://community.alfresco.com/thread/231313-correct-url-for-alfresco-community-520-drupal-754-with-latest-cmis-modules

2017-05-25 07:40:15 GMT <Hiten> Hi Guys,
2017-05-25 07:40:47 GMT <Hiten> I am using a double field that stores data in months.days format
2017-05-25 07:41:00 GMT <Hiten> e.g. 2.3 refers to 2 months and 3 days
2017-05-25 07:41:41 GMT <Hiten> but I am facing issue while retrieving the field value
2017-05-25 07:42:00 GMT <Hiten> when I put in a value of 2.30 I am stil getting value as 2.3
2017-05-25 07:42:31 GMT <Hiten> also on share I can see the value to be shown as 2.3 instead of 2.30
2017-05-25 07:43:26 GMT <Hiten> any pointers on how I can dodge this
2017-05-25 07:44:46 GMT <Hiten> is there any property that I can set in alfresco-global.properties
2017-05-25 07:45:06 GMT <Hiten> that can specify the precision of double
2017-05-25 09:18:38 GMT <fwu> hi all
2017-05-25 09:19:28 GMT <yreg> Hiten, change the type of that property from int to text
2017-05-25 09:20:46 GMT <Hiten> Yreg - I want to use numberRange ftl in search for this field and changing it to text might not be helpful in this case
2017-05-25 09:20:55 GMT <Hiten> Please correct me if I am wrong
2017-05-25 09:25:54 GMT <yreg> that's a very twisted scenario
2017-05-25 09:26:09 GMT <yreg> does these months & days repredent durations ?
2017-05-25 09:26:41 GMT <yreg> *represent
2017-05-25 09:28:14 GMT <Hiten> yes
2017-05-25 09:28:17 GMT <Hiten> they does
2017-05-25 09:28:29 GMT <Hiten> I do have a start date
2017-05-25 09:28:58 GMT <Hiten> and I calculate the end date based on the double field
2017-05-25 09:29:37 GMT <Hiten> isn't there any data type like
2017-05-25 09:29:42 GMT <Hiten> Big Decimal in java
2017-05-25 09:30:03 GMT <Hiten> that I can use ??
2017-05-25 09:30:06 GMT <yreg> alright, for share usage, you can definitely come up with a new form-control to store the value in the double format and display it the way you want
2017-05-25 09:30:18 GMT <Hiten> If not, can I create one in alfresco
2017-05-25 09:30:19 GMT <yreg> even in two spinners or something
2017-05-25 13:34:12 GMT <fwu> ppl, when a user deletes/cancel a workflow using share UI, does Alfresco keeps historicall data about that workflow, or everything is deleted in the database?
2017-05-25 13:59:27 GMT <AFaust> fwu: everything is deleted
2017-05-25 13:59:39 GMT <AFaust> AFAIK
2017-05-25 14:03:59 GMT <fwu> AFaust, ok thank you
2017-05-25 14:06:39 GMT <fwu> I think that the models are versioned so the task will look at the old model, right? but it dioesnt seems true for the bpmn
2017-05-25 14:34:32 GMT <fwu> hmm.. actually it seems that the bpmn is versioned. so the old task will use the old bpmn
2017-05-25 14:35:16 GMT <douglascrp> fwu, yes, old ones will run the code in the old version (the one used when the instance was created)
2017-05-25 14:35:27 GMT <douglascrp> the only way to avoid that is to use the import script mechanism
2017-05-25 14:35:42 GMT <douglascrp> by doing so, if you update the script, it will be loaded again when it is executed
2017-05-25 15:42:18 GMT <fcorti> Did you know that more than 300 new questions are asked and answered in the Alfresco dev community each month?
2017-05-25 15:42:23 GMT <fcorti> Sorry for the out of topic but I think we all should thank all the people here about it (in the IRC there is the same valuable support and most of them are the same people ansering to the questions in the portal).
2017-05-25 15:48:48 GMT <douglascrp> fcorti, nice
2017-05-25 15:52:02 GMT <fcorti> really nice... and we want do more :-)
