Daily Log for #alfresco

2019-06-01 09:48:57 GMT <DisruptiveNL> Hi again ;-)

2019-06-01 09:49:16 GMT <DisruptiveNL> http://localhost:8080/alfresco/api/-default-/public/cmis/versions/1.1/atom/content?id=

2019-06-01 09:49:19 GMT <DisruptiveNL> This works

2019-06-01 09:49:48 GMT <DisruptiveNL> But with the ¨updateProperties¨ call (from log file) it says it does not understands the operation with POST

2019-06-01 09:51:03 GMT <DisruptiveNL> With WSDL and SOAP I got it working

2019-06-01 11:05:13 GMT <DisruptiveNL> Duplicate child name not allowed: SampleDocument9.... how do I update with Atom......

2019-06-01 11:05:23 GMT <DisruptiveNL> With SOAP it works...

2019-06-01 19:09:43 GMT <alfresco-discord> <Mark> DisruptiveNL you can run a Fiddler proxy and run CMIS workbench through it. This is a great way of seeing exactly how all the CMIS traffic should look.

2019-06-01 19:10:14 GMT <DisruptiveNL> Oke!

2019-06-01 19:10:25 GMT <DisruptiveNL> But the Bulkupdate is not implemented?

2019-06-01 19:10:33 GMT <DisruptiveNL> The CMIS 1.1 standard does show it

2019-06-01 19:17:08 GMT <alfresco-discord> <Mark> Oh, that might not be in workbench. Idk.

2019-06-01 19:17:14 GMT <alfresco-discord> <Mark> Repo should be fully 1.1 compatible

2019-06-01 19:18:00 GMT <alfresco-discord> <Mark> There's CMIS libraries as well that can do the heavy lifting for you, such as the excellent chemistry OpenCMIS libraries for Java. They're the reason I've worked with CMIS often enough but know next to nothing of what the messages look like.
