Daily Log for #alfresco

2019-11-04 04:59:12 GMT *** jelly-home is now known as jelly

2019-11-04 14:48:59 GMT <AFaust> Wow ... currently helping a customer who started with Alfresco 1.x to migrate their 4.2 system to 5.2, and seeing some funky behaviour in SOLR 4 indexing.

2019-11-04 14:50:03 GMT <AFaust> For some reason, there are a few transactions in alf_transaction table with commit_time_ms of extremely low values (e.g. 1970-01-01 00:00:00.003), so SOLR starts tracking from these transactions in 1 hours intervals.

2019-11-04 14:50:30 GMT <AFaust> So it currently scans the alf_transaction table for dates in the 80s and 90s, long before this company was even created...

2019-11-04 14:50:58 GMT <AFaust> At first we were quite confused why SOLR did not show any progress after the first few thousand nodes + transactions...

2019-11-04 18:41:59 GMT <xkahn> I have a crazy question; we recently had a filesystem... hiccup

2019-11-04 18:42:22 GMT <xkahn> It's almost completely recovered, but one user is reporting an error when they try to upload new files.

2019-11-04 18:42:30 GMT <xkahn> (We use a custom uploader)

2019-11-04 18:42:45 GMT <xkahn> I just found the error in the logs:

2019-11-04 18:42:59 GMT <xkahn> 2019-11-04 17:26:28,092 ERROR [extensions.webscripts.AbstractRuntime] [ajp-bio-8009-exec-4197] Exception from executeScript: 10041744 Wrapped Exception (with status template): 1004193080 Failed to execute script '/com/redhat/pnt/content/update/upload.post.js (in repository store workspace://SpacesStore/Company Home/Data Dictionary/Web Scripts)': store://2019/10/16/19/57/c1c62ed0-dd19-473e-9235-73917935e2f3.bin no longer exists

2019-11-04 18:43:51 GMT <xkahn> So I connected to the database to run the query to identify the file by the file-path-on-disk: https://blog.dbi-services.com/alfresco-some-useful-database-queries/

2019-11-04 18:43:53 GMT <alfbot> Title:Alfresco: some useful database queries - Blog dbi services Alfresco: some useful database queries - Blog dbi services (at blog.dbi-services.com)

2019-11-04 18:44:19 GMT <xkahn> But I get Empty set (10.68 sec)

2019-11-04 18:44:37 GMT <xkahn> How can I identify which file is missing?
